Gemini Castor & Pollux
Gemini Twins transcribe through messages from Jupiter according to mythology. Everything begins with consciousness – so the sages tell from metaphysical doctor Deepak Chopra to mystic Wayne Dryer, and Caroline Myss. All telling that there is no void, only thoughts and consciousness. Our thoughts travel between what appears as spaces to formalize into matter.
Panpsychism – “name of the Gemini game”
Meaning, thoughts become transcribed into the world from our feelings, hopes, and imaginations. The idea of panpsychism, that all things have some form of mind, has roots in ancient philosophy, and I suggest translated into mythology.
The Gemini Twins epitomize how thoughts transcribe into our reality. Their heritage split between mortality and immortality. For them to unify the two, they beseeched Zeus, King of the Gods and Heavens (aka Jupiter for the Romans) to stay together after the mortal Castor died.
Dioscuri Myth
Britannica article, Dioscuri shares the mythology story: “Zeus then gave Pollux the choice between spending all his time on Olympus or giving half of his immortality to his mortal brother, so that they could alternate realms together. Pollux elected to share his immortality.” What a story! Essentially connecting forces allowed totality — one could say. Because yes, Gemini spells out another way of telling us we are incarnated spirits. We dialogue between what exists as matter, even our thoughts — and the spiritual realms connecting our consciousness.
Castor & Pollux Constellation
Even in the sky, the Gemini constellation can float half above the horizon and half below. Showcasing the celestial pattern of the twins visiting the underworld of deceased mortality and joining in their spiritual connection. Earthsky.org tells us that soon, “In early to mid-June evenings, Polluxand Castor sit atop Gemini. The sun, which is below the horizon, sits near the foot of Gemini. On the solstice, June 21, the sun lies next to the lower rightmost star of Gemini. Air Signs Planet “Symposium”
