TOTAL 20°-LEO SOLAR ECLIPSE
Nodal Dynamics & Critical Degrees
The Total 20° Leo Solar Eclipse on August 12 occurs 9° orb of a conjunction with the Leo South Node, marking the second solar eclipse of the year and the first under this new nodal axis.
Recently the Lunar Nodes move in reverse (clockwise around the zodiac), leaving Pisces and Virgo to enter Aquarius (North Node) and Leo (South Node) at 29°. Yet, the lunar nodes hold at the same degree for over two months (from July 26 through October 9). This intense degree echoes a remaining residue of the previous Pisces-Virgo nodal cycle, permeating through this pair of upcoming eclipses—first, the Total 20° Leo Solar Eclipse and then, Aug 28 the Lunar Eclipse tipping into Pisces.
