Pluto’s transit in Capricorn concludes March 23 when Pluto enteres Aquarius. February 10 will be the last time Mercury conjuncts transmutive Puto in Capricorn for 230 years. The last time was during the American Revolution period and prior to that was during the Renassiance in the early 1500’s.
