Pluto of regeneration began a 16-year cycle in Capricorn, the cardinal earth sign, in 2008. But, Pluto finishes Cap to enter the fixed air sign of networking Aquarius March 23, 2023 to give us an idea of what power can become through community. Pluto impacts with total transformation energy.  And with every archetype we experience the good bad and always some ugly

Transition weaves in transformation periods.  Pluto remains within 0 degree Aquarius throughout the Spring until June 11, 2023. When Pluto will re-ignite the Dec 21 2020 Jupiter/Saturn Grand Conjunction that ushered in 200 years of Jupiter/Saturn conjunctions in the air element. However, Pluto returns to the last several degrees of Capricorn throughout the rest of 2023 to re-enter Aquarius on January 20, 2024 for 9 months.  Finally, Nov 19, 2024 we experience Aquarius completely through March 8, 2043. Power of inner  autonomy, community and networking, intimacy issues, integrating metaphysical spiritual consciousness. All these and more surface integrating a new culture and society.
