Google Analytics

When visiting we use a third-party service Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. This is to learn the number of visitors to the parts of the site so to understand how the material relates to the population. This information gets processed so it will not identify anyone. We do not make or allow Google to make attempts to find out the identities of the individuals visiting our website.

General Mailing Lists

As part of our registration process for the weekly e-announcements, your first name, last name and email are collected.  Our landing page gives the option for the birthdate, but this is not required. We use this information for a few reasons: to advise you about the upcoming scheduled panel event, to contact you if we might need to obtain or provide additional information, and to check if our records continue to be right and to check occasionally that you’re happy and content. We will never rent or trade email lists with any other business or organization.

We use a third -party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using the industry standard technologies provided through MailChimp to help monitor and improve the future announcements to better serve you. You can unsubscribe to the general mailings at your choice at any time day or night, just by clicking unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of the MailChimp emails. If you are a guest on the podcast and YouTube your photo, name, bio, website, and social media are made public on our public guest profile on our website.  Your contact information is not made available to the public; however, it is made available to the sound board engineer operating the station’s program during the hour of the event, as well as to the other panel guests participating during the same program event.
